The BI has a mission of reducing wildlife damage and resolving human-wildlife conflicts through teaching, research, and extension. In addition, prospective graduate students may contact faculty members to express an interest in joining that individual's lab and determine if he/she is accepting new students. Contact information for these faculty members can be found by visiting the Wildland Resources Department website.
To apply to the School of Graduate Studies at Utah State University, you must submit your application along with a $55 application fee (nonrefundable), official transcripts from each college or university previously attended, three (3) letters of recommendation, and your GRE scores. Generally, a GPA of 3.0 or higher and a score at or above the 40th percentile on the Verbal and Quantitative sections of the GRE are required for admission.
